About Sandra
Sandra Schwab, originally from St. Louis, Missouri and later from Nevada City, California earned a B.S. degree in Business Administration from the California State University system and spent 20 years in the San Francisco bay area working in the communications (Bell Laboratories) and entertainment industry. She worked with the famous impresario, Bill Graham, Palo Alto Records and was Executive Director of the Northern California Songwriter's Association. She was also an animal trainer with MarineWorld/Africa USA in Redwood City.

In 1990, she moved to Palm Springs with her family and owns a home in the Little Tuscany area. Choosing a real estate career was a natural evolution and a wonderful use of her organizational, administrative and executive skills. She has an innate affection for and a desire to help people. She began her real estate career in 1997 and has worked the whole desert area from La Quinta to Palm Springs and is one of the few Palm Springs agents who works the high desert (Joshua Tree National Monument) area.

She loves to renovate properties and has an eye for values that can be upgraded for profit. Sandra is a top producer, a Multi-Million Dollar Club and a Previews Property Specialist, an elite Coldwell Banker designation for agents with expertise in handling luxury residential properties.

Sandra is the Vice-President of SanDent Corporation. Sandra is a member of Habitat for Humanity, an avid hiker, photographer, spa aficionado and the mother of two wonderful sons. She is an animal lover and keeps her clients for life.
